Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Uni-1 in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Uni-1. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Service Description

Uni-1 is an AI-powered image generation tool that creates images from text prompts and optional reference images. The Service includes a free tier (standard resolution, no account required) and paid subscription plans that unlock higher resolution output (up to 2048px), additional generation credits, and priority queue access. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

3. Account & Authentication

To access paid features, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your Uni-1 account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the text prompts you submit and the reference images you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your input content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or personality rights.

Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images generated by Uni-1 from your prompts and references. Paid subscription plans include a commercial license — you may use generated images for personal, commercial, marketing, editorial, and client work. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

Limitations

AI-generated images may occasionally resemble existing works. We do not guarantee that generated output will not infringe third-party rights. You assume all responsibility for how you use generated images. We recommend reviewing output before using it in sensitive or commercial contexts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Uni-1 to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains hate speech, promotes violence, or discriminates against any individual or group.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative.
• Creates unauthorized deepfakes or realistic depictions of real individuals without their consent.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.
• Contains malware, spam, or is designed to disrupt the Service or other users' experience.
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without prior notice.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials.
• Subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Generation credits included in your plan are valid for the billing period and do not roll over to subsequent periods.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uni-1 and its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice — particularly if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uni-1 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
